Yes! After the reception ends at Dover Hall, those who want to continue the celebrations are invited to an after party at Pour House in Short Pump, Virginia. The busses picking guests up at Dover Hall will make a stop at Pour House to drop guests off and then continue on to the hotels. The busses will return to Pour House at the end of the after party to pick up the guests and return them to the hotels.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. If you are not using the provided shuttle bus service, please arrive at Dover Hall by 3:30 PM. The doors will open at 3:00 PM to allow guests to explore the venue before the celebration begins!

Yes! We have arranged for a shuttle service to transport guests from the hotels to Dover Hall for the ceremony and reception. Please meet in the lobby of either hotel by 2:50pm as the shuttles will leave the hotels at 3:00pm.

To RSVP, click on the RSVP tab and enter your full name. This will allow you to RSVP for your entire party at once. After you RSVP, meal selections will be available. Please RSVP by September 24th. Unfortunately, RSVPs received after this date will be marked as 'no,' as we need to provide final headcounts to the venue by the deadline.

Please dress up for a fun evening with us! Gentlemen should wear a dark suit with a dress shirt and tie. Ladies should wear a cocktail dress, dressy top and pants, or jumpsuit.

Yes! We are hosting a welcome party for all our guests to kick off the wedding weekend on Friday, October 25th, from 8 PM to 11 PM. The party will be at Casa Del Barco, a Mexican restaurant in the Short Pump Town Center. Appetizers will be served, and there will be an open bar. An RSVP for the party is included in the formal RSVP located on the RSVP tab of our wedding website.

We love your little ones! However, we kindly ask that you leave children at home unless specifically listed on your formal invitation.

The closest airport to The Marriott Short Pump and The Hyatt House in Short Pump is Richmond International Airport. Alternatively, Dulles International Airport is also an option. Please note that flying into Dulles would require an additional 2 hours and 15 minutes of driving to reach Richmond.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we have hired an AMAZING photographer. Feel free to capture memories during the reception. We will share the ceremony photos with our guests as soon as we receive them.

Yes, there is a large parking lot on the right side of the venue driveway for local guests. Valet parking will also be available at the venue. If you're staying at one of the hotels, please leave your car there and use the shuttle service. Local guests who prefer to use the shuttle can also park at the hotels and ride the shuttle bus.

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. If weather permits, the cocktail hour will be outdoors.
